RAINY DAYS

Ahhh...
Another weekend over. Well for me one day. I had to work on Saturdy, 3-9 p.m. ugh!
The worst hours. Oh well.
Sunday, I slept in longer than I wanted to, but It was awesome.
I got in my artroom, and began working on a custom order for my word bracelets. It's an order from an Etsy customer... from Australia! She wrote to ask if I would please make her 2 bracelets.
I checked out the shipping costs. $7.00... hmm.. well.. she had no problem with the cost. Okay with me! I also worked on a few other word bracelets, they're going to be Mother's day gifts.... so I can't post em here just yet!
While I worked, I was treated to a little Thunderstorm! I was really distracted, watching the clouds go from puffy White, to mean Grey. Of course.. I just had to take a few.. (ehh 50-70?) picturesIt was awesome to listen to and smell, the rain. It really is Spring!
So nothing else much going on.
My friend Teri, will be here in just 2 weeks! I'm so excited to see her again.
We're going to be "painting with wild abandon"........ Teri's idea! how excellent!
I couldn't think of anything for us to do. Pathetic isn't it? And I call myself an artist...
So... Monday... eh. Last week fleww by! I'm hoping this week will too.
It's late..... of course it is... and I'm just watching the minutes tick away.. till I'm forced to go to bed against my will.
I hope you... who ever you may be.... Twyla?...Lindsey?.... Teri?.... LOL... I hope you all have a great week!

Thanks for the nice wishes, MaryEllen. I hope you have a nice week and it goes by fast. Well, they all seem to anyway, don't they? I can't believe how time is flying. So glad to see you posted again. How awesome that you got a custom order. My very first etsy order was from Australia. I was shocked at the postage, but apparently they are used to it. This is our 4th straight day of rain and I'm ready for some sunshine. Maybe we'll get lucky today. Hope you have a 'spring' in your step, a leap in your heart and a wellspring of inspriation for your art! Twyla
